Our Story

In 1997 Complete Technology Solutions, known as CTS, was founded by Maurice and Tina Ryman. CTS is a woman owned, private-for-profit company. Maurice is the Vice President of Workforce Development Initiatives, he had a vision for the company, and he transformed CTS from a single employee in a one room office to a dynamic organization with many dedicated, seasoned passionate workforce development professionals.

Initially CTS started out providing IT services in the workforce development arena, the CTS team quickly identified a need for an electronic document management system, EEO compliant center customer tracking and participant service tracking system. Out of this identified need, the ATLAS system was created and implemented in several workforce development boards including metro and rural areas.

CTS infuses continuous quality improvement principles into everything we undertake, making adjustments that result in improved performance and successful collaborations. The CTS team has invested significant resources and produced numerous products over the years. CTS is your software development company for all your workforce needs.

Presently we are in partnership with ten (10) of the twenty-four (24) Regional Workforce Boards in Florida and expanding.  In addition to Florida, we are doing business in five other states including Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, Louisiana and Wisconsin.


Our ATLAS team of Project Managers and Developers have been able to work with our customers to identify pain points, gaps in services, opportunities for system enhancements and quickly develop solutions to meet their needs.  We thrive on being expeditious in responding to enhancement requests for custom solutions that make the customer and staff experience a more streamlined process. We utilize a project management software system, Trello board to track all feature requests that are made through the project life cycle. With having many customers, we are accustomed to managing multiple requests, managing expectations, and tracking results with the multitude of contracts we currently manage.
